Bollo Lane, Block AB PBSA
Standing 21 storeys tall with an additional basement level, the development will offer 429 high‑quality student rooms.
Completed in 1963, the 118m tall Millbank Tower quickly established itself as a defining feature of London’s post war skyline and became a symbol of the city’s shift toward modernist high rise architecture. The City of Westminster building rose to prominence when it overtook St Paul’s Cathedral as the tallest building in London, before being overtaken by the Post Office Tower in 1965.
In recognition of its architectural and historical significance, Millbank Tower was designated a Grade II listed building in 1995, ensuring its preservation for future generations.
