Alongside achieving a Gateway 2 approval for Block AB of PBSA Bollo Lane, Acton. DMWR are pleased to announce that we have also secured Gateway 2 Approval for Bollo Lane, Block JK.
Rising to 12 storeys, Block JK will deliver 95 affordable rented residential units alongside five commercial spaces within a single mixed-use building for Ealing Council.
This was another Gateway 2 approval that was secured in just 22 weeks, and we would like to thank everyone involved for their dedication, collaboration, and commitment throughout the BSA application process.
We were pleased to collaborate with Hurlington Capital and HG Construction on the successful delivery of both Block AB and Block JK.
