We are delighted to announce that Blount Street has achieved BSA Gateway 2 approval, and we are now ready to progress to site. This high-quality PBSA development will deliver 111 student rooms in the heart of Limehouse, within the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. The scheme will feature extensive amenity spaces and community-focused incubator facilities.
Our Architecture and BRPD teams guided this project through the rigorous processes required by the Building Safety Act for high-risk buildings, enabling the development to move forward.
Adam Blacker, Design Director, commented: “This project presented many challenges, which we were able to overcome alongside a talented design team and contractors. We are now looking forward to delivering this high-quality PBSA development.”
This latest approval adds to our extensive portfolio, bringing our total number of Gateway 2 approvals to 9. We also have several other applications that we expect to be determined over the coming months.
We are delighted to have collaborated with Southern Grove Real Estate , Boom Construction (UK) and their supply chain, Ingleton Wood, Ashton Fire, Acoustics Central, eb7 ltd, Newsteer Real Estate Advisers, BCC Consultancy, NEIL TULLY ASSOCIATES LIMITED, and NSP on this exciting development.
