DWMR Architects are delighted to announce that we have received Gateway 2 approval for Block AB, Bollo Lane, Acton.
This exciting development in the London Borough of Ealing brings together contemporary student living and vibrant commercial space within a single landmark building. Standing 21 storeys tall with an additional basement level, the development will offer 429 high‑quality student rooms. The ground floor will feature four dynamic commercial spaces, complemented by three additional commercial spaces on Level 1, creating a lively mixed-use scheme at the heart of this emerging new community within Acton.
This approval was secured in just 22 weeks, and we would like to thank our entire project team for their dedication and collaborative effort in successfully delivering our latest Gateway 2 application.
