DMWR are appointed to support the project through RIBA Stages 3–6, leading the development of design, technical, and construction documentation as the scheme progresses.
Working collaboratively with the wider project team, DMWR are coordinating and developing detailed technical design information, ensuring proposals align with current regulatory requirements and the project’s strategic objectives. The team has reviewed and developed construction packages and detailed design outputs, supporting the delivery of a coordinated, compliant, and buildable solution.
DMWR continue to work closely with consultants and stakeholders to maintain design quality while addressing technical requirements. This coordinated approach ensures information is developed efficiently, in line with programme expectations, and supports the project’s smooth progression from detailed design into the construction phase.
