Bollo Lane, Block JK

Block JK forms part of a wider Bollo Lane regeneration in Acton, a mixed-use development that brings together contemporary student accommodation, affordable homes, and vibrant commercial space across two landmark buildings within a single urban block.

Rising to 12 storeys, the building will deliver 95 residential units alongside five commercial spaces within a single structure. The development will sit at the heart of a growing neighbourhood in the London Borough of Ealing, contributing to the creation of a well-connected and emerging community.

What DMWR did

The project was developed from RIBA Stage 3 to Stage 4 with a focus on technical coordination and regulatory compliance.

The team directed the scheme successfully through a Gateway 2 application, also working as Principal Designer (BR), working closely with the wider project team and the Building Safety Regulator.

The Outcome

DMWR successfully secured a Gateway 2 approval for Bollo Lane Block JK. With consent now in place, we look forward to guiding this project through the construction stages.
