We’re thrilled to announce that DMWR has received not just one, but three Gateway 2 approvals for our high-rise building (HRB) projects in and around London. This is a significant milestone, reflecting the rigorous assessment process and the limited number of approvals granted to date.
According to Property Week, as of June 2025, only 10% of Gateway 2 applications have been approved. These figures underscore just how challenging the process can be, which makes our achievement all the more meaningful.
But we’re not stopping there. We currently have 12 more projects submitted for Gateway 2, and we’re committed to approaching each one with the same determination, precision, and attention to detail that has brought us this far.
