Since joining DMWR in 2014 and becoming Director in 2021, Paolo has been at the forefront of delivering innovative, high-quality projects across healthcare, PBSA, residential, commercial, aviation, and retail sectors. Known for his collaborative leadership style, Paolo champions transparency, creativity, and client-focused solutions. He builds strong partnerships with developers, operators, and contractors, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional results. His portfolio includes delivering over 10,000 PBSA rooms and leading complex, multi-disciplinary teams with precision and vision.
A passionate advocate for technology-driven design, Paolo has pioneered BIM integration for more than 15 years and is an Autodesk Certified Revit Architecture Professional. His enthusiasm for innovation and commitment to excellence inspire teams and elevate client outcomes. Paolo’s approach blends technical expertise with strategic thinking, making him a trusted leader who drives projects that shape communities and set new benchmarks in architecture.
