Maria has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and more than a decade delivering complex commercial, retail, and residential projects, and brings a wealth of expertise and strategic insight to every scheme. Based in Baldock office, Maria leads a dynamic team focused on strengthening project performance and elevating design quality through a highly analytical and forward-thinking approach. Fluent in planning legislation and Building Regulations, Maria has successfully delivered projects valued between £12–£15 million. Her role encompasses early procurement coordination, resolving buildability challenges, and ensuring seamless integration of sustainability measures and BREEAM principles into design workflows.

As a natural collaborator, Maria is committed to fostering inclusive, ethical, and knowledge-sharing cultures within project teams. She mentors emerging designers and newly qualified architects, helping them build confidence and technical capability while promoting innovation and excellence.
