Margherita Bastianelli

Margherita is a qualified ARB Architect with seven years of professional experience. She is based in the London Office and began her journey with DMWR Architects as a Part 1 Assistant in 2017 and progressed through the ranks to become an Associate in 2024 and to Associate Director in 2026. Over the years, Margherita has gained extensive experience in mixed-use residential and student accommodation projects, successfully delivering more than 1,500 rooms.

Her role has involved leading teams with strong communication and collaboration skills, ensuring smooth coordination with external consultants, contractors, and their supply chains. Margherita has played a key role in large-scale residential and PBSA developments, as well as refurbishment projects for PBSA amenities and rooms throughout England, working with clients such as Unite Students. She has also managed the submission of multiple Gateway 2 applications, demonstrating her ability to navigate complex regulatory processes while maintaining project efficiency and quality.
