Laura Watson

Laura is an ARB-registered Architect with more than 20 years’ experience, working across every stage of the design and construction process from early feasibility through to project delivery. Her career spans a diverse range of sectors, including residential, healthcare, industrial, commercial and student accommodation, giving her a broad understanding of differing client needs and project complexities. Based in the Baldock office, Laura joined the company in 2022 as a Senior Architect was promoted to Associate in 2024. She brings extensive knowledge of the residential sector, having spent much of her career managing schemes from feasibility to planning for both individual clients and major national house builders.

In recent years, Laura has expanded her portfolio by taking a lead role in the delivery of multiple self-storage facilities. She applies her enthusiasm, organisational ability and strong communication skills to build effective relationships with clients, consultants and wider project teams. Known for her collaborative approach, she is driven by a commitment to exceed client expectations on every project. Alongside her project work, Laura actively supports the next generation of architects. She mentors Part 1 and Part 2 students within the office and has recently joined Women in Construction as a mentor, further contributing to professional development within the industry.
