Associate Director
Kit is an ARB registered architect with 9 years of industry experience across all RIBA stages 0-6. He joined CHQ Group in 2016 at the CHQ Baldock office and moved to London in 2019, moving through from Assistant to Architect, then to Associate in 2024 and to Associate Director in 2026. Kit has considerable student accommodation experience, including projects working with Unite, Future Generation, Watkin Jones & CA Ventures. He also has significant Industrial & Self Storage design experience through current work on Storage King, Attic, Hold, Surestore & Here Storage.
He also has experience in a range of other sectors, which have included Supermarket design with Sainsburys PLC, Hotels with Whitbread PLC, Airports with Gatwick Airport Ltd.
