Derrick Hadeed is Regional Director at DMWR Architects, bringing more than 25 years' experience in the design and delivery of complex residential, commercial and mixed-use developments. He has extensive expertise across all RIBA work stages, with a particular focus on design, façade remediation, and the successful delivery of high-quality buildings. Derrick leads multidisciplinary teams in the successful delivery of projects, combining strong commercial awareness with a practical, collaborative approach. He has significant experience working with developers, housing providers, contractors and public sector clients on both new-build and refurbishment schemes. Passionate about sustainable design, Derrick believes that architecture has a vital role to play in addressing climate change and creating resilient, future-ready communities. He champions practical, low-carbon design solutions that improve building performance while delivering long-term value for clients and occupants.
