DMWR Architects were appointed to design hostel and student accommodation room and common areas in Varna, Bulgaria.

The scope of work includes over 1400 sq. m. of common area design paired with proposals for typical single, double and apartment hostel rooms as well as student accommodation bedrooms. This 15 storey development houses 70 hotel room, 120 student rooms. All common spaces are designed to be shared by both, students and hostel guests. This approach encourages travellers and local Bulgarians to interact and become part of each others’ experience.
