Project Description

Appointed by RG, DMWR has taken this project post planning and developed the scheme through stages 3 to 6. DMWR have provided full construction information for this high quality student accommodation scheme.

The large scheme is made up of 14 blocks, design inspired by the traditional courtyards seen around Oxford. It consists of 885 student bedrooms spread over 14 blocks with varying levels of three, four and five. The design also includes large reception areas, common and study rooms and commercial units at ground level.

DMWR Architects developed and coordinated the design and construction package in Revit/BIM.
