DMWR have been appointed by CA Ventures and novated to the contractor to develop the design of this significant PBSA tower Leeds. Lisbon Street is a 23 storey PBSA tower scheme forming part of a wider residential, aparthotel and BTR lead masterplan on the site of the former international pool close to Leeds City Centre. The tower consists of total 548 student rooms, spread across 23 storeys and arranged in a mixture of student apartments (cluster of bedrooms and kitchen) and self- contained single studios, including accessible rooms. At first floor a large communal student terrace and amenity provides space for the students to meet, socialise and study. At ground floor the PBSA tower, forms a key gateway to the masterplan which is linked into the extensive landscaping and wider public realm of the overall development.
