DMWR developed the design of this Purpose Built Student Accommodation development from planning and progressed the detail design  through to completion.

The development comprised of four building blocks centred on a courtyard within extensive landscaping.

The design benefits from its stunning location nearby Stoke Park in Guildford, and takes full advantage of the impressive views.

The scheme delivers 533 student rooms over five floors.  The brick facades provide lively texture and variety that give the development a unique and interesting expression.
