Jeff Stokes

Jeff is an RIBA and ARB registered architect with over 20 years construction industry experience ranging from feasibility stages through to delivery. He joined DMWR Architects in 2004 and rose through the company to become Associate in 2009 and was promoted to Director in 2011. Based in the central London office, Jeff has designed and delivered projects in the Residential, PBSA, Aviation, Retail, Hotels and Industrial sectors. Jeff places a strong emphasis on client liaison, ensuring his client’s visions are realised in a creative and efficient manner. Jeff has considerable student accommodation experience having worked on projects primarily in the UK, but also internationally. He has worked with various Developers, including Unite, Acorn and Future Generation and Contractors, including Balfour Beatty, RG Group and McAleer and Rushe.

In recent years, Jeff has led DMWR’s burgeoning Industrial and Self Storage sectors. Working with both Developers and Operators, Jeff has gained Planning Approval for over 2m sqft of self storage space, most of which has been or is in the process of being built out, and a growing number of industrial projects. Jeff brings his insight, enthusiasm and breadth of practical knowledge to benefit clients across a range of sectors.
