Adam Blacker

Adam is an ARB registered Architect, RIBA member and Design Director with over 30 years’ experience delivering complex projects across a wide range of sectors. Throughout his career, he has led the design and delivery of masterplans, residential high-rise buildings, student accommodation, industrial developments, large-scale retail schemes and civic projects in the UK and internationally. Having worked across all RIBA Work Stages, Adam has developed extensive expertise in managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering projects from initial concept and planning through to construction and completion. He is recognised for combining strong design leadership with a thorough technical understanding, ensuring projects achieve both architectural quality and regulatory compliance. As an award-winning Architect, Adam has delivered numerous residential, mixed-use and student accommodation developments, including complex high-rise residential buildings. His broad sector experience has provided him with a detailed understanding of current legislation, construction methodologies and building systems, enabling him to guide projects through increasingly complex regulatory environments.

Alongside his project responsibilities, Adam maintains an active commitment to professional development in line with ARB and RIBA requirements. He also contributes to industry expertise panels, advising local and national government on regulations and emerging legislation affecting the built environment. Through leading large-scale and complex projects throughout his career, Adam has developed a unique understanding of design management, coordination and compliance. His experience enables him to provide strategic oversight while supporting clients, consultants and project teams in delivering successful and commercially effective developments. Adam brings a wealth of experience, design leadership and technical knowledge to every project, helping clients realise ambitious and high-quality developments across a broad range of sectors.
