Architectural Assistant Matthew Wright has been named Apprentice of the Year by the Worshipful Company of Chartered Architects.
Matthew is currently studying his Part 2 Masters apprenticeship at the University of Cambridge, whilst being a valuable member of our team.
Matthew comments, “Apprenticeships during the formative stages of my architectural career have allowed me to apply academic theory directly to practice. Over thirty-six months, the complexity and intricacy of the projects I’ve worked on have expanded, elevating my levels of design engagement.” The judges said, “Congratulations again to Matthew and a big thanks to DMWR Architects and in particular his mentor for submitting his impressive application.”
Matthew was presented his award by the Lord Mayor of London, Professor Michael Mainelli at an awards ceremony at The Mansion House. We are committed to supporting and nurturing talent within our team. Huge congratulations Matthew.
