This student accommodation block in Portsmouth city centre, adjacent to Portsmouth and Southsea station consists of 836 student bedrooms spread over 24 floors, culminating in a 75m tall tower. The design also included reception areas, student common and study rooms, plus Council operated Market Trader lockup units at ground level.
