We are proud to have worked with Location Living to reconfigure and refurbish one of Guildford’s best known buildings in time for the start of the 2023/2024 academic year.

The refresh of the former YMCA building, The Bridge, has provided a more contemporary student environment with 112 en-suite bedrooms, 18 studios, 6 shared kitchens, dining spaces, common lounge, two study rooms and a co-working space as well as a full soundproof music room, cinema room and gaming room.
