The scheme was carried out under prior notification for the change of use, with a new planning application for new opening windows. Due to the shape of the building there were over 40 apartment types. We worked closely with the main contractor and consultants to coordinate and develop the detail design.

The building is located in the centre of Croydon at the corner of Wellesley Road and Station Road, next to the West Croydon train and bus stations. The building height steps from five to thirteen storeys and includes 2 basement levels. The layout of the flats are designed for the BTR market, with an open plan design allowing for a more efficient floor plate with the reduction of corridor space.
