DMWR Architects were appointed to develop an innovative co-living proposal for the rapidly growing Metropolitan Centre of Croydon. The scheme consists of two 40 and 45 storey towers and 438 flats.

The development is surrounded by a ‘park in the city’ style landscaping proposal which is then carried vertically up the towers to create cohesive and relaxing homes for young professionals and families of Croydon.
