We are proud to announce our mixed-use, commercial project in South West London has been submitted for planning following an extensive design and consultation process.
The proposals offer generous public realm and greening to the busy main road, with over 180,000 sq.ft of commercial space comprising, offices and maker spaces, self-storage and trade counter units, cited on a well-connected brownfield site.
The maker spaces provide the opportunity for small local businesses like cycle repair shops and jewellery making activities that will promote an active street frontage and support the local economy.
The office spaces are located on the upper floors with a south facing aspect. A range of sizes will be available with the intention of attracting the local community to create a workspace close to home. In turn, we hope the influx of office workers will support local shops and businesses.
The self-storage is located at the back of the site, providing a buffer to the railway line from the residential streets to the south.
During the design process, we consulted with local residents, councillors, design officers and the Greater London Authority to derive proposals that build on the industrial heritage of the area with saw tooth forms and robust brickwork frontage to reflect the neighbouring buildings.
