DMWR are pleased to announce that planning consent has been granted for The Podium scheme at Botany Bay, Chorley, Lancashire.
The Podium is part of a wider co-location development at this Lancashire landmark and will provide additional space across four floors to accommodate parking and leisure activities, a heli-pad and including 197 parking spaces for cars, motorcycles, and bicycles for the FI Real Estate Management Ltd employees.
This will support our proposals for the Adaptive Reuse to B8 with a roof extension to the iconic Mill building which will become the new office headquarters for FI-Real Estate Management.
