We are thrilled to see that Campus 90 in Varna, Bulgaria has won Building of the Year.

Campus 90 officially opened its doors two months ago and DMWR were involved in the interior design of this international project up to tender stages.

Built by Roads and Bridges Ltd, the 15-storey multifunctional building features a 70 room hotel and 120 room student accommodation along with offices and conference centre.

There is also 1400 sq.m of common area which will be shared by both students and hostel guests with large living room area with lobby bar and seating. It has been designed for people to meet, relax and communicate, with additional areas of ground and roof terrace, common room for cooking and parties and halls perfect for study and teamwork.

Within the interior of the living room, corridors and hotel rooms graffiti from Bulgarian artist ‘Arsek & Erase’ play a major role in the overall design.
