We have built a strong reputation for offering a specialist and expert service to assist the recladding and remediation of non-compliant buildings, across the public and private sector, with approximately 30 completed or underway.

We are delighted to be working at Heathside and Lethbridge (Parkside) in Lewisham as the lead coordinating consultant with a team of expert professionals on behalf of Ardmore Group.

The buildings are part of a wider regeneration of the existing 1950s estate which will see over 1200 new homes created when complete, DMWR are working on phases 3 and 4 where the non-compliant insulation is being replaced to make safer homes for the residents. Other associated remediation works are also taking place with all materials being replaced with exact match colours to meet the original design intent.

With ongoing collaboration with the Client, Fire Consultant and Facade Engineer throughout the project, DMWR ensures that design principles are agreed, and fire route of compliance technical details are to the Fire Consultant recommendations.
