Access Self Storage in Sutton has completed. This project is a new build facility and delivers a combination of over 8,000m² of storage space across three buildings and a suite of nine lettable offices. The scheme was developed on a tight site, with restrictions on access with a number of overlooking issues. The scheme has had particular focus on environmental matters, including the use of ‘green walls’ and ‘green roofs’ to enhance the local environment and improve biodiversity, to achieve BREEAM ‘Very Good.’
